Q: How will I know what size unit I will need?
A: 5x5 unit holds small room, 5x10 unit holds one room, 5x15 unit holds two rooms, 10x10 unit holds three rooms, 10x15 unit holds four rooms, 10x20 unit holds five rooms, 10x25 unit holds six rooms. These are approximate size statements, actual Unit size and content will depend on how much each unit will hold. 

Q: What are your hours of operation? 
A: You can rent a Unit Monday - Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday - Sunday 9am-5pm. You can access your Unit through the Gate 7am - 10pm everyday. 

Q: Should I make a reservation? 
Our Units stay pretty full. We recommend that you call to ensure that we have the size of the Unit you need. At that point we can hold it for a short time until you come into our facility to complete the rental proccess.

Q: What kind of security do you have?
We have 24 hour electronic security. Day time staff available. Interior lighting available. We do morning and evening inspections of the facility. 

Q: Do I need insurance?
We do not provide insurance. We recommend that you purchase adequate insurance to cover the items in your storage unit. 

Q: What kind of documentation do I need to rent a Unit?  
You will need a valid ID, Divers License, Passport, Military ID and necessary first month rent payment. 

Q: Do you give me a key? 
We can provide a lock for your Unit if you need. It is your responsibility to lock and ensure that your Unit is secure when you leave. 

Q: Do you have climate control? 
Yes. All of our units are radiant floor heated to protect your contents from mildew and furniture warp.

Q: Can I pay for my Unit over the phone? 
Yes. You can pay by Debit Card or Credit Card over the phone. 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? 
You can pay by Cash, Check, Debit Card, Credit Card- visa, mc, amex, disc. 

Q: Do you rent trucks for the do-it-yourself
: No. However, use of carts and hand-trucks are free of charge. 

Q: What is the minimum rental period?
One month. You must give a 20 day notice when moving out. On move out day, please come into the office to complete your move out. If we are not notified and you just vacate, your rent will still be billed to you.
